This home was built in 1915 by W. B. and Anna M. Peck. Fred D. Peck and Ruth Monigold Peck, son of W. B. Peck, lived in this home from 1923 to 1928. Fred Peck purchased the Fort Bend Telephone Co. from O. L. Miller in 1923 and the switchboard was located in the east parlor. In 1929 the Peck's sold the home to A. A. Alexander who lived here until 1980. (1986)
