This home was built sometime between 1900 and 1910 by Frank Hart for Andrew Kendall Robertson. Rollie Robertson, son of Andrew Kendall Robertson then moved into the home with his wife. In 1929 he sold the home to Doctor and Mrs. J. D. Motherall, who requested that the upstairs dormer windows be added, and that a new front door and porch area be built on the south side of the home. In 1973 the home was again sold to the D. K. Brackman's. (1986)
