Louis Lenz Inventory # 68 of 71 "located within the enclosure of RAVENMOOR, on Galveston Bay, belonging to Milby Dow of Houston, Texas. ( Mr. Fred Muller, Caretaker). The U. S. Coast and Geodetic Maps show this location as being at Point Houston. About 8 miles SE of Baytown"; Mrs. B. T. McDonald Report 1989 identifies location as 1/2 mile south of FM 2354, & 1 1/2 miles east of Cedar Bayou Stream; This location listed in the 1971 "Guide To Official Texas Historical Markers" by Texas State Historical Survey, given as "8 mi SE on Ravenmoore"; This marker is a Chambers County Marker, erroneously listed as Harris County. Marker located 8/30/2009 on grounds of what is now Sam Houston Estates at Cedar Point 3 tenths mile south of FM2354, address 5712
Directions: Old Hwy 146, right on Spur 55/TX99 North; 4.8 miles to FM1405, right on 1405 to intersection with FM2354, left 6 tenths mile to Cedar Point Rd,, right 3 tenths mile to property entrance on left
