Marker Text: This house was built in 1905 for Martha Jane Tucker to be used as rent property. It was continually rented or sold to various owners until the mid 1950's. At this time it was purchased by Mrs. Tom Peek, the first owner to actually live in this home. In 1975 this home was purchased by Craig Black and Alice Kenney Black who restored the home and are its present owners. (1986)
